Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer the appointment time to another guest and respect everyone’s schedule.
• Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total.
• Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Deposits
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• This deposit will be applied to your final service total at checkout.
• If you cancel before the 48-hour window, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
• If you cancel late or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the 50% cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment.
• A 15-minute grace period is offered.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a $10 late fee and/or the appointment being shortened or canceled, depending on the schedule for the day.
Children & Additional Guests Policy
• Children are only brought to appointments when absolutely necessary.
• Any individual under the age of 18 receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the appointment.
There is a designated lobby area with seating available for additional guests. However, due to limited space in the studio itself, guests are not permitted in the service area unless being serviced.
